Resources and services through onsite partners.

We’ve built a network of partners, both onsite and offsite, working together to help people in our community find the services and supports they need. The organizations below are the providers that you will find right inside our doors at CONNECT Allen County. This list is just the start of our partnerships throughout the community. See our Offsite Partner section for even more resources!
